The Lone Star Scrapbook Co., Inc. was established in 2001, and Ory & Roger Wellens, a husband and wife team opened in 2002. We believed The Woodlands, Texas area was in need of a full service scrapbook store, where Customers could find; service, training and significant quantities of quality scrapbooking supplies.

With the addition of a partner, Sheri Peterson, Lone Star Scrapbook expanded in 2003, to become the largest scrapbook store in South East Texas. This provided more room to pack in more product choices and a second crop room for our Customers.

Since opening many of our long distance Customers, have clamored for the opportunity to shop Lone Star Scrapbook on-line. Now in 2005, we have added more experienced staff to enable Lone Star Scrapbook to add the on-line opportunity. We have thousands of items in our store and we are committed to add hundreds of items each month to our webstore. We recently upgraded our POS (point of sale) system to Microsoft’s RMS and have added eRMS, for the integrated webstore. The advances of this new software, provides us with a single ‘real time’ data base for product and customer information and automated replenishment of products, to ensure availability in the store and on the website. Lone Star Scrapbook only offers products that it stocks on their store shelves. If Customers want a non-stocked product, you only need to email or call, we are happy to work with you on your product needs.
