RETURN POLICY

All items, except for magazines and pens are covered by a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Simply return the unused merchandise in the original shipping material, or similar, with a copy of the packing slip, to:

All returned merchandise must be received by Lone Star Scrapbook in original, undamaged condition. Returns must be packed inside a shipping carton and cushioned for protection. Any returns received by Lone Star Scrapbook that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted and credit will not be issued.

All credits will be issued to the debit or credit card used for the initial purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items returned for credit, will be subject to a charge equal to the difference, if any, between the shipping amount charged and the actual shipping cost paid by Lone Star Scrapbook. Special Order items are only refundable if a mistake has been made by Lone Star Scrapbook in completing the order and the item is returned within 14 days of receipt. Any merchandise returned for credit after the 14 day return window is subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be issued a return authorization. If these requirements are not met, no credit will be issued.

Although we take great pains to inspect each item prior to shipping, there will, occasionally, be an item received in defective condition. If we are notified within 14 days of receipt, a return label will be issued for the return of the defective item to be replaced with a like item. To report a damaged item, please call our toll free number at (877) 220-4300 or send an e-mail to Sales@LoneStarScrapbook.com. Claims for damaged goods will not be considered if we are not notified within 14 days of their receipt.
