SHIPPING INFORMATION

Lone Star Scrapbook will make every effort to fill orders and ensure delivery as soon as possible. Orders are generally shipped by the next business day. However, if you order Overnight or 2nd Day Air delivery, we will make every effort to ship on the day that the order is received. The cut-off time for shipping is around 1:00 p.m. Central Time, therefore, if you place an order for Overnight or 2nd Day Air delivery after that time, it would be best to call first to confirm that we can meet your requirements.

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground and require a street address, since UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If delivery to a street address is not practical, we can ship to your P.O. Box but this may slow the shipping process by three or four days.

Lone Star Scrapbook offers items on the web that are available in stock. However, if any item is on backorder or otherwise not in stock at the time the order is placed, we will notify you by e-mail and ship the full order when it is complete. Partial shipping is available by replying to the email notification or by request at Sales@LoneStarScrapbook.com. In this case shipping costs will only be applied to the original shipment. This only applies to shipments within the United States.

Shipping to locations outside of the United States is offered only on a case by case basis. We will determine the shipping cost for such orders and e-mail you shipping information. Your shipment will not proceed until we receive your email authorization. Any additional costs, such as brokerage fees and duties, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking your order

  • Track your shipment from the UPS Tracking web site. Enter the tracking number emailed to you after your order has been shipped.

  • Please note: packages shipping Standard delivery may not track immediately, please allow a day or two for an update. Please allow the full quoted delivery time prior to contacting our Customer Care department.

To ship these items Expedited, you must call or email to receive a freight quote.

U.S. Shipping Timelines

  • Most packages are shipped within 24-48 hours of your order.

  • Delays may occur if the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, or anytime after 1:00 pm (Central Time).

  • FOR STANDARD DELIVERY Delivery time is 4-10 business days. For Alaska and Hawaii, please allow up to 15-20 days.

  • FOR THREE DAY SELECT Delivery time is 3-4 business days.

  • FOR TWO DAY EXPRESS Delivery time is 2-3 business days.

  • FOR ONE DAY EXPRESS Delivery time is 1-2 business days.
    Please note: If your order is placed afternoon on FRIDAY, it may be processed with the following Monday's orders.

  • We will send a shipping confirmation e-mail with the date your order was shipped and your tracking number details.

  • Orders are not shipped until billing and credit card information is verified and the bank provides an authorization. If there is a problem with your order due to payment information you entered, we will contact you via e-mail or phone.

  • Lone Star Scrapbook reserves the right to cancel an order or not accept an order, if fraud is suspected.
